### 📦 How It Works

When you subscribe to IVARA Raw Honey Energy Gels:
- You’ll receive automatic shipments based on a monthly frequency (every 30 days)
- You’ll be charged automatically for each recurring order using the payment method you selected at checkout.

### 🔧 Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time via your customer account on **tryivara.com**, including:

- Skipping a shipment  
- Changing delivery frequency  
- Updating your address or payment method  
- Pausing or canceling your subscription

If you need help, email us at **jake@tryivara.com** and we’ll assist within 24–48 hours.

### ❌ Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription **at any time**, but please note:

- Cancellations must be made **at least 24 hours before your next billing date** to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
- Once a recurring order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless it arrives damaged or incorrect (see Refund Policy).

### 💳 Failed Payments

If your payment fails, we’ll notify you and attempt to process it again. Your subscription may be paused until updated payment info is provided.
